Parenting
Our children bring joy and love into our lives. At the same time, taking care of their wellbeing can be challenging at times. As a father of three I’ve been triggered often enough by my children's behavior. Improving our interaction was a priority for me, and took me on a journey of research and self inquiry. I learned to see these moments of discomfort as a calling, as an opportunity for growth. This process brought a shift in the relationships, and a transformative process began. By focusing on our love and care, while being aware of our boundaries and inner world, we can build a healthy loving relationship with our child. Through our work you will reconnect to the essence of yourself and your children, to the magic of the journey of parenting. My story
Perhaps you would like to connect and have me support you on your way to fulfillment because I “made it” as an entrepreneur, and at the age of 39 I sold my successful fashion company and became financially free. Or maybe it’s the fact that once I achieved this freedom, I was disillusioned and was pushed to a journey of self inquiry. But probably it’s the combination of the two. I believe that my strength as a partner in your quest is the unique combination of personal depth and empathy, alongside a practical, sharp, and goal oriented mindset.
My name is Yoel Gross, and I was born in 1972 in Jerusalem. At the age of 21 I left to travel the world, and I finally settled in Amsterdam. In the late nineteen nineties, I set up a clothing brand which rapidly grew. Success had a price, and when weekly headaches showed up, I realized life was calling for a change. I sold the company and was ready to enjoy my success, but to my disappointment, I was faced with feelings of emptiness and boredom. I learned that external impulses and experiences won’t make me happy, and dived deep into my soul to encounter meaning within. During this process I understood that my greatest passion is to support others in their search.
After a year of traveling around the world with my wife and three kids, my first book, “Tides of Reflection” was published. In this novel, which describes my inner process during our adventures, I share my experiences and insights as a father and a human being. Since our return I’ve been working with people in a mindful manner, finding the right balance between mind and heart, soul and business.
My drive in this work is experiencing the magic of connection, intimacy. The discovery of another human being, and the unique opportunity to reflect back to them who they truly are.

For who?
I support many types of clients with all kinds of questions. However, I realized that the ones who benefit the most from the process, which happened to be the ones I enjoy most to work with, are people who are curious about themselves and are willing to open up and dig deeper. Some people are allergic to the word “spirituality”. For me spirituality isn’t about energies and auras. Spirituality means nothing more than looking in the mirror. We can all benefit from self awareness, even if we don’t light incense or hug trees.
If you are an entrepreneur, or dreaming of becoming one, a musician, artist, a yoga teacher, or any other independent professional and are curious how to combine your passion with profit, I think we’ll have a match.
What to expect?
During our (online) one-on-one conversations we will clarify your current situation and what is your desired future. What do you long for? Care about? What is your gift to the world? And how to make a living out of it?
From the perspective of a clear goal, we will create your path to get there.
I will ask questions and state my observations which might shed light on patterns or limiting beliefs you were not aware of. Finding these barriers can bring a shift of mindset that will empower you on your quest.
Do you find it challenging to promote yourself? Feeling overwhelmed by all the different options? Are you feeling stuck? While you might focus on your “problems”, I’ll be focusing on you as a whole. Often the “bottleneck”of our business is us- the success of our enterprise depends on our own alignment. I believe that in the right environment creativity flourishes. Authenticity and trust will lead us to a place where you’ll connect to your essence and inner strength. From there, the sky is the limit.
There are many elements that contribute to a successful process. I found that the “active ingredient” for healing and growth is presence. My intention is to be present and authentic, and create a supportive, judgment-free atmosphere. A safe space where you can be yourself, take a good look in the mirror and fall in love with what you see.
One of the things I love about coaching is that it’s a practical process that focuses on creating a better future. We won’t dwell on the past, but take the next necessary step towards fulfillment. As a “go getter” I might encourage you to experiment with new ideas. As the saying goes, “the comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.” However, the rhythm and direction of the process will be led by you, inspired by what nourishes and supports you on your journey to self manifestation.
